Actually I love this place. Today I give them four star because I ordered a grapefruit garden add black sugar boba and lychee jelly to go. They forgot to give me lychee jelly.

Nice place to hang out - modern interior and their plants makes it feel relaxing. I like this place because their concoctions are not sweet... and they have plenty of adds ons to choose from. Service is always pleasant, although, there is always a need to wait for orders because they have a lot of patrons.

Favorite boba place of all time! This place is consistent and always busy, rightfully so. I remember the hype of it when it first opened and I waited 45 minutes in line (during the height of the pandemic) and when I entered, I loved the clubbing-esque theme. There is ample seating and space. I find that while the place is always busy, I've always found a seat. Really easy to order these days because they have 2 machines where you can order and pay at the same time. Now, onto the drinks, YUM. They're consistent and never mess it up, ever! If there's anyone out of town, I always mention RTL. My favorite drinks are Kyoto Milk Tea, Fresh Strawberry Milk, and the ultimate sweet treat: the Creme Brulee. Ooh man. So good. The way you can customize the sweetness, milk, ice levels, and toppings is clutch. Their food items aren't a miss either - I recommend the popcorn chicken! Parking can be tricky dependent on when you come in but that's because it's located near In N Out & Raising Canes so there will always be cars. Never had an issue with the workers, they're young and busy but nice, and as long as my drinks come out timely, I'm satisfied with the service.
